Director
Christian brings over 30 years’ experience as a leader in the manufacture industry. Originally from Denmark he has worked his way up through the industry, from hands on toolmaking, engineering and now a Director of CUC in Australia. Christian is committed to outstanding customer service and is excited about new technologies for his clients.

Rick Cameron
Director
Rick joined CUC 10 years ago to partner Christian in the business. Also possessing more than 30 years’ experience in the innovation and manufacturing industry, he gained extensive experience with IBM in global manufacturing. Rick is responsible for the commercial development of CUC. He recognises that partnering with clients to meet engineering and manufacturing requirements is the key to everyone’s success.

Sunny Leo
General Manager of CUC Shenzhen
Sunny is CUC Shenzhen’s General Manager. He is a professional mechanical engineer and has over 20 years’ technical sales experience in moulding tools. Sunny has extensive experience is the Automotive and Medical Industries. He’s passionate about quality and the engineering process.

Richard O’Brien
Toolroom & Metrology Manager
Richard was appointed in 2006, as the Toolroom and Metrology Manager. He is responsible for planning, programming, mechanical maintenance and quality of each component manufactured. Over the last three decades, Richard has worked in a variety of industries including aerospace, oil and gas, defence, and medical. He is dedicated to completing each project, including reverse engineering components.

Martin Potts
Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager
Martin specialises in building customer relationships. Martin has over 20 years’ experience across multiple industries. Martin delivers on time, every time – ensuring a great product and that the expectations of a client are fully met. His role includes mechanical engineering and client support. Martin assists the client with component & tooling development and design, and coordinates production.

Frank Ireland
Production and Quality Manager
Frank has 35 years’ experience world-wide. He has an eye for details and as the Production and Quality Manager; he is committed to delivering high end results for every client. Frank’s methodology requires commitment and attention to detail, as he engages directly with each client and sees each project through to completion. The majority of his production team has been with CUC for over 10 years, which ensures consistent quality for clients.

Kean Fichera
Mechanical Engineer Intern
Kean is currently working and completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce (Finance). Kean enjoys problem solving, using his research and consultation skills to stay one step ahead of issues, and identify opportunities to solve engineering obstacles.

Amy Siew
Information System Analyst
Amy is CUC’s Information System Analyst and is responsible for all technical support and IT problem solving. With 15 years’ experience, Amy specialises in system administration and business support. With her previous experience in the electronic industry, Amy’s manages IT solutions across CUC sites in Australia and China.

May Qui
Logistics Manager CUC Shenzhen
May is the Logistics Manager for CUC Shenzhen, this requires extensive planning andcoordination of the supply chain to meeting production requirements. May has been with the team for 5 years’ and is responsible for meeting delivery deadlines for domestic and international clients.
